IQ-Energy is a facility for fostering energy efficiency improvements in the Ukrainian residential sector in accordance with European energy efficiency standards. The program was designed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and is supported by donors in providing technical assistance and incentives. This project aimed to connect numerous suppliers, installers, banks, and consumers who can choose the most appropriate solution and get an estimate for selected technologies and eligible investments costs. Eltrino was involved to improve Magento performance, so it was decided to change hosting, upgrade PHP, configure the server and install and setup Varnish Full Page Cache. As a result, the page load time was reduced significantly from 0.7-0.8 seconds to 0.2-0.3 seconds. The number of visitors who can simultaneously use the site with keeping the bounce rate below 1% has increased from 200 to 400.
